Guiding Values

Schnicke Development Group grew from the long-standing partnership of Mark Schnicke and David Brooks, who met in 2000 while acquiring land for what became Oasis Shores in Loveland, Ohio. From that first project, they recognized a shared philosophy and guiding principles, approaching every engagement by first understanding the project goals and the owner’s intent, always with a down-to-earth, approachable style that puts partners at ease.
