While every investment is unique and returns are never guaranteed, our projects generally target an 8% preferred annual return and an approximately 22% internal rate of return (IRR). Each offering includes a detailed investment summary outlining the projected returns, business plan, and associated risks, including the risk that returns are not guaranteed.
